I am sorry I can not tell you for sure if this soap really does help all babies sleep better but I do know a warm bath and gentle activities before bed does work.

After a busy day This soap might be good for an adult to use too, I sometimes could do with a soap to use that will help me relax and soothe the daytime stresses before I go to bed .
There may be a few babies that can not use this soap if your baby has or there is a family history of asthma or allergies breathing problems ...more |
