Advantages: Keeps skin clean, smells yummy

Disadvantages: none

Even before my daughter was born I was using Johnson's baby lotion as a moisturiser and occasional aftersun. I found that it left my skin fresh and clean and smelling glorious. There is something about that smell that just reminds you of babies and smooth, soft skin and I could smell it all day!

The whole time I was pregnant I used it on my stomach and even though I still have stretch marks my skin is very soft and smooth and they are fading fast.

Johnson's baby lotion comes in a pink bottle with the trade mark cap and logos. It states on the back that it is the most effective way to remove oily substances that water alone cannot and leave the skin clean and babysoft. My daughter often sicks up some of her milk (like most babies do) and it gets caught in the crease of her neck and I have found that a little lotion on some cotton wool is the only thing that will grab any dried sick and clear it away and also keep her skin soft and free from any rashes caused by baceria.

The ingredients are Aqua, Paraffnum Liquidum, Propylene Glycol, Glycol Stearate, C11-13 Isoparaffin, Polysorbate 20, Hydroxypropyl, Methylcellulose, Benzyl Alcohol, Panthenol, Dethylhexyl, SodiumSulfosuccinate, Carbomer, Sodium Hydroxide, Chloroxylenol, Parfum and C1 17200. I hope someone knows what all that means as I have no idea.

Johnsons baby lotion is a thin lotion that isn't sticky and absorbes quickly. It smells glorious and the smell lingers all day.

It lasts for ages as you only need a little for a thin covering. A 500ml bottle costs approximatley 2.50.

It's the smell that grabs me. No other baby products smell right compared to Johnson's.
