Advantages: It's gentle, delicate, a little goes a long way!

Disadvantages: It's greasy, messy!

Johnsons is a reputable brand and produces many baby products, however alot of their products which are apparently baby products I used for myself anyway. So I'm a baby then? lol!

One of the many products I use now and then is Johnsons Baby Oil.

Johnsons Baby Oil come in a few sized bottles but I only buy the small 200ml bottles as I don't use a whole lot at one time. The bottle is a see through plastic with a baby pink flip up lid. It clearly says Johnson Baby Oil on the front of the bottle as well as Clinically Proven Mildness. The oil locks in up to 10 times more moisture.

The back of the bottle informs us that this oil is ideal for moisturising and massaging your babys skin or even for bath time by dropping a little into the bath to leave your skin feeling soft.

The oil pours out of the bottle like water, clear, runny and thin however being an oil it's greasy to the touch. It quickly absorbs into the skin if rubbed in but does leave a greasy shine to your skin too. It has a subtle, clean talc scent very gentle and delicate.

This does work brilliantly for massage purposes, whether it be for yourself or your baby. It's relaxing and stimulating and leaves your skin baby soft and gentle. It can become a little messy and greasy but if you are looking for a real relaxing massage then this is a perfect oil to use. It allows you to rub it into your skin with ease. Although it leaves a greasy shine the majority of it does absorb into your skin fairly quickly. Carefull not to drop on any your floors as it can also cause a slippery chaos!

If using on your skin regularly you will definitely notice a difference in your skin, mine looks and feels so much smoother when I use this oil.

I used to use it with my twins before they went to bed to massage into their skin and help them relax before bed time. It would leave their skin soft too, without irritating them and it would leave them smelling beautifully fresh.

If, ladies, you do get some in your hair it is a nightmare to get out being a greasy, oily substance and will probably take a good thorough wash.

I love this stuff it is delicately fragranced and is just as gentle on your body too.

I have only ever tried it in the bath once and although I did come out of the bath feeling soft, smooth and looking rather pruned it was a bit too oily for me and I came out not feeling clean as it left a greasiness on my body.

Summary: A lovely product that leaves skin beautifully soft!
