I found this quite an interesting product when I came across it for the first time in Boots where I normally bought my baby products as I'd incorporated baths into my daughter's bedtime routine since she was a newborn...

Johnsons Bedtime Bath tends to be a bit more pricey than other Johnsons products in the range but is still affordable costing almost £3 or more depending on where you buy it..

Johnsons Bedtime Bath comes in a purple plastic bottle with a screw top and flip-top lid and the words on the package are in blue and purple. It has the Johnsons trademark 'No Tears' red sign on it too which means it is 'as gentle to the eyes as pure water'

The product itself is a really light purple almost colourless tanslucent liquid with a soapy liquid gel consistency.

The product has a lovely scent, smells kinda like a lavender shower gel but with a much lighter and milder scent that also smells kinda sweet.

The product packaging indicates Johnsons Bedtime Bath contains 'Water, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, PEG-80 Sorbitan Laurate, Sodium Trideceth Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Polysorbate 20, Fragrance, PEG-150 Distearate, Tetrasodium EDTA, Quarternium-15, Citric Acid'

The Johnsons website advises that 'Formulated with NATURALCALM TM essences - a special blend of soothing aromas' and this is what makes the product release calming aromas when added to warm water..

To use, you need to run a bath and pour the liquid in it as it runs and this will make some lovely foam and bubbles which the kids enjoy.

I would use this during my daughter's bedtime routine as I gave her a bath before bedtime and I found it worked well..

The product leaves behind a nice fresh scent that is lasting on the skin. It is also mositurising for the skin and leaves it soft and smooth.

It's a great product, I'd recommend..
