Works for my child (Johnson's Bedtime Bath)

When my mother in law found out I was pregnant she said she would start to buy things and put them to one side so when the baby was here we would have a few items already bought, one of the items she purchased was the Johnson's Bedtime bath.

In the hospital we where told not to use any chemicals on our child for the first four weeks as her skin would be very sensitive, so we just top and toed her with water and cotton wool and she hated every minute of it for the first few weeks.

Once we got past the 4 week stage and our baby started getting used to bath time we started adding the bedtime bath. I was happy to use the Johnsons bed time bath as they are such a well known brand and pretty much everyone I have spoke to have highly recommended them.

I pour a reasonable amount into the water as the taps are running and straight away the bathrooms fills with a lovely lavender aroma. The bubbles it creates are nice and light which is ideal for a little baby and when they start to disappear you can splash around in the water and create more. This product is not oily so does not leave you child feeling greasy; I found it left her with lovely soft skin. It's also no more tears which is great for my child as she splashes around so much I'm always worried she will get some of it in her eyes.

Personally I didn't think a bottle of bubble bath could make a child go to sleep, I started using it because her skin was a little dry and I just wanted something to give her a bit more moisture but I was wrong, once she has had finished splashing around in the bath, we put her baby grows on and within 10 minutes she is fast asleep.

My baby absolutely loves bath time now and I would never bath her without using this product (I even added it to my baths). I recommend this to all of my friends.

A 500ml bottle of this costs £2.99, which I think is very good value, you dont need to use a lot so it lasts for quite a long time.

Summary: I absolutly love this product, has a lovely aroma & sends my baby off to sleep
