Advantages: helps with sleep, keeps skin soft

Disadvantages: can be expensive

Babies are tempremental creatures one minuite they are the best thing that has happened to you the next they are terrors that make your life a living hell.

Bedtime must be the worst time for any parent. Once you are in that routine of your children sleeping they love to break the pattern. Both of mine need at least 12 hours sleep or it is as if the devil has taken over their bodies.

I have always bathed my children before bed time due to my grandmother advising me that this relaxes them to help them sleep. I found after a while it was as if the water would send them mad when I took them out of the bath they would run around and scream not to be put to bed.

I bought this from asda for just over a £1 with my son. It said on the bottle that it held an ingrediant that helps relax your child to ensure a peacful nights sleep. I thought what the hell couldn't do any harm to give it a try.

I found it was the best thing I had ever invested in for my children. When they are in the bath I either wash them with it or I put it in the bath water and let them play for 20 minuites.

Once I have got them out of the bath I dress them ready for bed and have found that both of my children do seem more relaxed and are willing to cuddle up on the sofa for 10 minuites before willingly going to bed.

Johnsons products also seem to be so good for my children they keep my childs skin soft and this product doesn't make my childs skin feel oily. It comes is 2 different sized bottles and contains camamile and lavender, which I have been told will help with sleep.

I will say that now even I use this product to help me relax and have a good nighs sleep it worked so well with my children but I do go through alot of it now so there are cheaper versions that I have found, they work just as well.

Johnson and johnson is a popular brand in our household with bath products and it doesn't hurt my childs eyes or dry out their skin this does everything that it says on the back of the bottle and couldn't be any better for those restless sleepers. It also has a lovely smell so your child smells nice and clean and will also wash them very well too.

Summary: Ensures a peacful nights sleep
