I was reluctant to use products on my baby initially and was trying to go along with water been enough for their delicate skin, then she started been restless at bedtime. A friend recommended I try using Johnsons bedtime bath as it contains lavendar which is a plant known to induce natural good quality sleep at this time I was desperate to have a calmer bedtime routine and gave it a try, it became a daily part of her bedtime wind down hour, a soak and play in a warm bath containg bedtime bath followed by a massage using Johnsons camomile baby oil gel (see seperate review for this), the last hour of her waking day became a pleasurable experience again and we still use the lavendar bedtime bath on a daily basis, I and other members of the family sometimes use it and we all notice a difference in our sleep- for the better. And I almost forgot to mention how soft it makes your skin feel.
