Advantages: Calming, soft and gentle
Disadvantages: None
I would always recommend Johnson's products for babies, my baby is a Johnson's baby!
This product is formulated with what Johnson's call Natural calm which is a patented blend of relaxing aromas.
This particular product is recommended for your baby's night time bath rather than if they are having a bath in the day, due to its calming nature.
The bedtime bath is also developed with Johnson's no more tears formula, therefore it is very gentle on your baby's skin and eyes.
The bottle is a light lilac colour and it is available in two different sizes 500ml and 300ml.
Directions for use:
All you need to do, as with most bubble bath, just add a few glugs to warm running water for baby soft bubbles.
Fragrance:
Johnson's bed time bath releases calming aromas, it smells quite floral and the smell gives you the feeling of warmth.
Cost:
I get mine from Boots as I collect my advantage card points, it costs £1.99 for 300ml and £2.69 for 500ml.
However these types of products are often on special offer when a store has a baby event.
Ingredients:
Aqua, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, PEG-80 Sorbitan Laurate, Sodium Trideceth Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Polysorbate 20, Fragrance, PEG-150 Distearate, Tetrasodium EDTA, Quarternium-15, Citric Acid.
Does it work?
It has been clinically proven to help your baby drift off to sleep easier and sleep better.
And does it?
I seem to think so, I cannot put it just down to this product however, as baths do tend to calm a baby but my baby always seems a lot calmer after a nice bath using this product, even if he has had a cranky day. I also use the baby bedtime wash and the bedtime cream which I would also recommend.
I do sometimes use this for myself, however my favourite bubble bath for use in my bath and my 5 year olds bath is Matey! (I have also reviewed.)
Summary: A lovely bubble bath to calm little babies before bed.

- 03/11/09 I like this for my daughter but if I use it too often it brings her out in eczema. |
