One of the well known brand that parents trust is "Johnson's" who offered variety of product that is specifically made for babies and children. I love their baby products from shampoo, oil, wipes, soaps and moisturizing creams which I normally used few years ago. But even if I'm not using them regularly I still have one lovely product ... I love Johnsons cotton buds for cleaning out my ears. Theres nothing more satisfying than having a good ear clean out (sorry for being disgusting!) I have tried loads of different brands of cotton buds before. A lot of shops sell own brands like Tesco and Asda and you can buy these for as cheap as 30p for a drum of 200. I find though ... Johnson's products must be a firm favourite with many young Mums today but who would have thought that such a simple invention could make life so much easier. I have seen cheaper alternatives on the market yet I always head for the Johnson's cotton buds, the last time I was in Boots the chemists I bought a drum of 200 cotton buds for £1.48 ... I'd never had the need to buy cotton buds until around eight years ago when my beloved rottweiler had an unsuccessful operation to remove a tumour, she was left in immense pain from a semi-open wound in her abdomen which needed to be kept scrupulously clean. She was left like this as it wasn't immediately apparent as to whether the operation had ... Read the complete review

I always used to buy these in Boots when I lived with my Mum and Dad, knowing that my Dad wouldn't use anything different. When I moved out however I wanted to save money in every way that I could so I decided to try cheaper versions of cotton buds. I purchased a pack of over 100 in wilkinsons for just 69p! But I then realised that sometimes you ... Read the complete review

There is a very popular quote which states "Don't put anything smaller than your elbow in your ear". But most of us of course don't stand by this as many households buy cotton buds on a regular basis. These are basically a small blue plastic 'stem' with a small piece of compressed cotton at the end. Johnson's ... Read the complete review

Cotton buds have always been a staple in my household, and Johnson's are some of the best. I didn't actually request this product go in the Baby category - personally it would have been more useful under some kind of health and beauty heading, since that's what I use cotton buds for. Johnson's cotton buds are generally small blue ... Read the complete review

Cotton buds are an essential in our house so I always make sure we have in a a good supply. Over the years I've tried many different types & have found that the quality & price vary enormously. Can I just say, I love these cotton buds? I never use any other brand now although I have tried a few in the past. Johnson's Cotton Buds have many uses and I always have them indoors. I use them to clean around my ears (obviously don't insert them into the ear canal, or nose, for safety reasons) but I also use them to apply eye make ... Read the complete review
