Coming out of hospital I was reminded by the midwives to keep my caesarean wound clean and dry amongst other things such as wearing loose clothing. When it comes to cleanliness I shower at least twice a day (or a bath and a shower) and I wanted to use something that was kind and gentle on my skin and definitely something that wouldn't irritate the wound. The Introduction ~~~~~~~~~~~ Okay so the ‘Johnson+Johnson’ disclaimer reads that 8 out of 10 midwives use JOHNSON’s baby on their own children, so would that make you trust their brand when it comes to your own child or even yourself? It's statement on the bottle is that it is milder than any other baby soap. I have to say, I would agree with this statement. It was so easy to use. Just a little squirt on wet baby (poor Holly), a little rub, and you had a lovely creamy lather that rinsed of with ease. It can also be used a a shampoo which I did. I would have to give it top marks for convenience.
