Johnson's Soothing Vapor Baby Bath is a product which I am using recently. My little boy has always been ill with fever etc since he was born until after he cut his first tooth at 7 months (he's also had chicken pox!). Since then, however, he seemed fine over summer and now that winter has arrived - he is ill again. Stuffy nose, cough, fever (no it's not swine flu) and the usual uncomfortable all over feeling. I have vapor oils on his bib next to his cot, rub his chest with baby vicks, give him medicine and wondered what else I could do to ease him into bed. So I came across this vapor bath. I normally use the standard Johnson's baby bath and so didn't think twice at buying this. It comes in the familiar Johnsons bottle, it's not see through but has "soothing vapor bath" on it so you know it's not just the bath your buying. Please be careful because it is recommended for use over three months. It comes out in the gel form and you can smell the vapor as soon as it's spread around the tub. Only used half at first to see for any reactions - there were none. It claims that it leaves the skin feeling soft and fresh which it did. With all their products I found it to be gentle and mild on his skin. I found that he enjoyed his bath, he did sleep better that night then with other previous nights. It did not get rid of his cold - it didn't say that it would either. I have stopped putting vapor on a bib now and tend to just use this before his bed time. I would like to think that it does help soothe him to sleep - he seems to be sleeping better now, a little more relaxed and his stuffy nose has cleared a little. I would probably use this product again.
To give your baby comfort, pour one capful of Johnson's Soothing Vapor Baby Bath into an infant tub, or, for a full-size tub, pour three capfuls into your baby's warm bath water. Gently swirl the water with your hand to spread evenly in the bath. The gent
