Advantages: Nice cream, eases discomfort quickly, not harmful to babies.

Disadvantages: it's a little greasy

I was advised to use this by my sister and mother, and have found this worked really well.

I used it when my nipples were sore from breastfeeding, fortunately I didn't suffer too much. When I did I rubbed a small amount in after feeding. The ingredients are not harmful to babies, so you don't have to wash before breast feeding.

It's soothing cream which aid the healing of skin, it's pale yellow and smells of chamomile. I found this cream good for other things such as nappy rash & dry skin. It is also good as a general cream. It is a little greasier than most but I didn't find it that unpleasant.

I would recommend every new mother has some, it's not expensive, well not as expensive as some of the chemical creams for sore nipples, and you can get it from most chemists.
