This is a great nipple cream. I started using it as soon as I started breastfeeding my baby and I've had no problems at all with sore nipples. I massage a tiny amount into the nipple after each feed and it keeps them soft and prevents soreness.
I was told by my midwife that it is not necessary to wash the cream off before the next feed but I do as my baby doesn't seem to like the smell of the cream.

I would definately recommend this cream to anyone who has a problem with sore nipples or anyone about to start breastfeeding to prevent any problems.
