I really suffered when I was breast feeding my daughter it was real agony. My neighbour recommended Kamillosan to me and went out and bought me some which I think cost around £5. It comes in a cardboard box and inside is the tube of cream. It is available in most chemists.

It is made from chamomile so is great for healing nipples while breast feeding and also great for nappy rash. You only need a tiny amount and it certainly worked wonders for me. I still had lots left which I kept aside in the cupboard which I have just started using again with my daughters bad nappy rash. She has really been suffering so I thought I would try this on her. I have only been using it for a day on her so far and it has almost cleared it up.

It has a smell about it but this will be the chamomile which is quite nice and a surprise to get a nice smell from the nappy!

I would highly recommend stocking up on some of this if you are planning on breastfeeding.

Summary: I am so glad this was bought for me, it certainly worked wonders
