The pack I bought are for sensitive skin and as my son suffers from eczema this is usually my preference. it actually advertises theses as perfume free. I was actually shocked when I opened these due to the thickness in the sheets compared to other brands I have used. They are more of a slight mesh fabric than other brands .Despite Kandoo claiming to be perfume free it does have a sweet aroma which reminds me of a ...more

Crowned ReviewKandoo Children's Toilet Wipes: FLUSHING BANKNOTES DOWN THE TOILET (1314 words)

Kandoo Toilet Wipes claim to be first toilet tissue for your your little one .... or something to that effect. That was a put-off, as I do not like niche products much. A machine for cutting rose shapes out of radishes, a saloon for cutting hair of married women aged 30 to 50 of Armenian extraction, shoes that are good just for getting in and out of the car in - these are all things that I view with a great suspicion. However, Katie is growing, she is toilet trained as far as the act itself goes; but she still needs help in the final (read: bum wiping) stages. So, I am thinking of ways to teach her to do it herself and as toilet wipes are marketed at ...  Read the complete review

Crowned ReviewKandoo cannot do poo! (828 words)

Kandoo toilet wipes are such a gimmick. From the moment the annoying advert with annoying child claiming, "I can do it too with Kandoo" arrived onto our screens I refused to give into the cutesy irritating frog and its hype. However, when a website offers you a freebie only a fool would say no and contrary to popular belief I am no fool so we received free wipes with dispenser and decided to let our two year old give them a go. Now the moment my daughter saw the predominantly purple box with lime green lid she was immediately sold. Add to this the annoyingly cute green frog emblazoned across the box wiping its behind and throwing it down the ...  Read the complete review

Kandoo Children's Toilet Wipes: Is your child as Lazy as mine? (755 words)

Since my son has been toilet trained about 8 months ago I have been buying toilet wipes for him which makes it much easier to clean the bottom after a bowel movement. I have always bought the cheaper shop brand ones partly due to the familiar character pictures on the pack which has attracted him to them but these have always been adequate. However lately I have been unable to find them anywhere so ventured into boots and asked in there and they only had Kandoo toilet wipes so as we were on our last pack I decided to go for the more expensive option. What are toilet wipes? Toilet wipes are a transition from wipes to normal toilet paper. Baby wipes ...  Read the complete review

My epiphany - they're not just for toddler bottoms (487 words)

This is one of those products which seems to get very mixed reviews. I think this has a lot to do with individual children's experiences, as toddlers are not particularly known for following instructions or believing anyone else knows best! Definitely aimed at the toilet training market, these are easy to use flushable wipes designed to help a child wipe his or her bottom effectively and independently. They come with a plastic tub with a big push button to open, and are dispensed one at a time like tissues. The tub is purple and green with a frog and is quite appealing to children. The wipes smell refreshing - the original ones smell of melon, and I think ...  Read the complete review

Kandoo Children's Toilet Wipes: Kandoo's - Take the frog to the toilet (304 words)

Having three children two of which are old enough to have gone through toilet training and one who is about to start i have used kandoo's a lot in the past and intend to use them again. I have found that the product although not much different itself to it's cheaper competitors, when used in combination with the excitement caused in a smallchild from the advertising campaign's on television it is easier to let the little one go to the toilet with the frog as they know what they are using and are not as sceptical or apprehensive. The wipes themselves are 7 inches by 4 inches which is an adequate size for a small child's hand. They have a sweet smell ...  Read the complete review
