Lidl Baby Wipes

Description: Brand: Lidl / Type: Wipes

... quality baby wipes for less, so if I was to be fussy, I think Lidl should try and compete with this and lower their price occasionally (as of yet I haven't seen them go on offer). Also, due to their superior 'thickness' they probably take a long time to 'break down'. I will always buy these baby wipes now (unless I find an unbeatable offer on some others somewhere) and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone with a baby....more

Cien Baby Wipes offer a choice of either 'fragranced' or 'un-fragranced' in a pack of 80. I purchased the 'un-fragranced' pack as my little one has sensitive skin. They were 98p in my local store. They were packaged in the usual plastic pack with the sticky cover on top where you remove them. Why I like them: When I first pulled one from the pack, I was pleasantly surprised. The wipe was much larger than I expected and nice and thick too. It was also a decent shape. There was no smell to them, as described on the packaging. They had just the right amount of moisture to enable a good clean but did not leave my baby's skin too wet. My daughter's skin ...  Read the complete review

Lidl baby wipes, from their 'Cien' brand in-house range of toiletries are so good that they're one of those rare products that personally, I'll make a designated shopping trip just to purchase from their stores. It's not an exaggeration to say that one of the main reasons I visit Lidl - and while I really like Lidl's slightly bizarre range of European groceries, and the 'pot luck' element you get when viewing their surprisingly reasonably-priced range of weekly 'specials' - is to buy their Cien baby wipes. You get 80 wipes for just under a quid. They come fragranced (the ones in mainly sky-blue packaging) or unfragranced 'for sensitive skin' (in packaging ...  Read the complete review

Cien Babywipes (lidl) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As we all now know Lidl are fast becoming at home amongst the leading supermarkets in the UK and Ireland. Their low prices and ever growing range of goods mean that more people are turning to them for a cheaper weekly shop. I am one of these people and even though I have always bought a few items from Lidl on a weekly basis, I find myself being more and more drawn to their everyday items at knockdown prices.... One of these such items has to be their babywipes, produced for lidl by Cien. These babywipes are becoming very popular among parents and are a fraction of the cost of the leading ...  Read the complete review

Lidl Baby Wipes.......... When having a baby or toddler in nappies one thing you need a lot of is baby wipes. These can often work out pretty expensive to buy even when you get a buy one get one free offer because Pampers wipes will usually cost £2.50 pence per packet and even when you are getting one free that still works out at £1.25 pence a price that I find high when I seem to use so many. I had tried store own brand wipes such as Tesco, Morrison's and boots but I found them either to be too small, too wet or too thin! Even when buying the expensive brand like Pampers I was not totally happy. The best I found was Huggies but again these ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Lidl Baby Wipes: Good quality cheap wipes (239 words)

I have only recently started shopping in Lidl. I did not like the idea of buying foreign labelled products, I just thought that the quality might not be quite as good. Now I have discovered how wrong I have been all this time and just last week I bought some wipes from here for the first time. There are two different types available some for normal skin and some for sensitive skin. These only cost just over a £1 so I was suspecting them to be bad quality. I have used them on my baby now for a few days and they are just as good as Johnsons wipes in my eyes. The pack is just the same as any other pack of wipes and the resealable tab does actually reseal ...  Read the complete review
