Advantages: works quickly, lasts a long time

Disadvantages: gets EVERYWHERE when putting it on, smell isn't that nice

Having gone through the little sample pot of Sudocrem from my Bounty pack I went in search of something else for nappy rash. At the time my daughter was suffering quite badly with the effects of teething and too many orange segments at nursery, which had left her poor bum very raw and sore. After looking for advice on a mum's internet forum I decided to go for Metanium as it had the best reviews. I was not disappointed, her rash was gone by morning! I cannot fault the performance of this cream as time and time again when we've had a bad rash it clears it within a day. A word of warning thought about application- it doesn't have the most pleasant smell, and trying to just get a small amount on your finger can be hard as it seems to just keep oozing from the tube which results in everything around you getting painted a lovely mustard yellow colour...

Summary: best or bad rast, not everyday use
