Advantages: only need little each time so lasts ages, not overly expensive

Disadvantages: tube cracks as you get to the end of it

Metanuim is the nappy rash cream that I swear by! As a mum of 2, who's little ones ahve both been prone to severe nappy rash at times, this is the magical cream! It is a very thick yellow ointment and goes on quite chalky, but you only need a very small ammount, spread it thinly so that you can still see the skin through it (though when it's as severe as my 2 have had it i usually start off thickly!!!). I use it at the 1st sign of redness and it seems to stop any redness in ts tracks. I have recommended this to all my friends, after trying nearly every cream possible to buy! I think that the only fault with it is the tube it comes in is metal and as you get towards the end of the tube it can start to split and crack, leaving the cream spouting out everywhere, best to put the tube in either a tub or plastic food bag before putting it in your changing bag! but other than tht, it's a miracle cream in my house!
