A few months ago my little boy was teething really badly and despite doing everything I had tried to do to stop nappy rash he developed it. I tried every cream possible and nothing worked. I did everything you're supposed to , making sure I changed his nappies frequently, air to his bum, putting cream on the area drying him properly (all of which I would have done anyway). Well despite all my best efforts and every cream I tried he even got small red worn patches of skin. Well by this time I was a little concerned so I spoke to my Health Visitor about it.
