Advantages: Handy, cheap and cool you down in the heat

Disadvantages: Strong perfume.

I work outdoors five days a week and in the summer months this is great, not only do I get a good tan, but I enjoy working for myself and being independant.
The only drawback with my job is that when it gets too hot you still have to deliver, as I do contract work so there's a time limit on each contract.

This year seems to me to have been really hot, with some days when the sun has been so hot it's been an effort to carry on working, but the worse thing has been getting back into the car after a few hours delivering in the sun.
When you open the door of the car the heat hits you and within minutes of siting in the car your begining to break out in a sweat, this isn't a comfortable feeling and opening the windows as fast as you can and setting off down the road to catch the breeze doesn't always work.
So, one day whilst getting my lunch at Morrisons I spotted the baby wipes and thought that is just what I need.

The container is plastic with a flip up lid and you have to open the top to feed the first baby wipe through the hold in the top of the container, then as you pull one out the next baby wipe will follow, tear each off as you need them.
The design is a very simple one as these come from the bettabuy range and at 69p for the tub of 100 baby wipes I wasn't complaining.
It says on the box that these baby wipes are soft and strong, with cleansing lotion which I have to agree they do feel soft and are quite durable, but as for the cleansing lotion I have to say I think they have over done it here.

You can smell the perfume from the cleansing lotion as soon as you open the tub and the scent stays on your skin for ages after using one of the wipes, this ends up making you smell of babies talc or baby lotion as there's a distinct scent to all baby products.
I think as these are designed for the use of babies that they should calm down on the perfume side of the product as babies do tend to have sensative skin.

On the up side these are good for keeping in the car and taking on holiday, I like to go camping by the sea and it's easy to clean the sand off your hands or just quickly wipe your face in the morning to wake yourself up before your shower.
As for working in the heat, these are great, jumping in the car and wiping your face leaves you feeling refreshed and looking clean and which when your working with the general public everyday you have to look resectable.
The last thing they want to see is a red faced sweating person emerging from the car with their free samples.

I think if I had to grade these out of 10 I would have to go for a six as they are cheap, easy to use and handy to carry around with you, but there is room for the company to improve them.

Have fun today x
