Brilliant bathtimes with Aquapod! (Mothercare Aqua Pod)
Member Name: mummyB
Advantages: Everything! Very good quality, excellent support for baby leaving parents hands free Disadvantages: None.
Our son has loved bath time since he was very little. We had always used an ergonomically shaped bath support and found he loved the freedom it gave him to splash about and meant our hands were free to wash him in between splashing! When he started to try sitting up in it we knew it was time to look around for something else. We thought about just sitting him in the bath with us supporting him, but he is a very wriggly baby so would slip about and we were worried about him slipping under the water. It would also mean our hands were no longer free to wash or play. We then looked at a swivel style seat, but a few of my friends were already having problems getting their little ones in and out of them, and as our son is big for his age we realised that was a non-starter. I then discovered the Aquapod, and although it cost more than we had decided to pay it seemed so much better than our other options so we decided to give it a try! Summary: Excellent seat that offers good support for baby and leaves your hands free for play and washing |
