Firstly note that these shaped terry nappies cost just two pounds each, while most other brands cost about 4 or 5 times as much. With this in mind it's not a wonder they are not as great as Koshies etc. They are however very cheap, not at all bulky and dry a great deal quicker than regular Terries. Did you know that 4% of all landfill is made up of disposable nappies?? Pretty frightening fact. When our son reached 7 months, my husband and I made a conscious decision to change over to re-usable nappies, partly for reasons of cost and partly because we found we had the equivalent of one whole extra dustbin bag of rubbish each week which was just nappies. We decided to get our first nappies from Mothercare. A pack of 12 super absorbant terry flat squares and a pack of 10 shaped nappies.
