too rigid (Nature Babycare Nappies)
Member Name: ecs0508
Advantages: good for the environment Disadvantages: rigid and bulky
I was determined to be eco-friendly with baby number one, and had my cloth nappies all ready to go. I was realistic though and we'd decided to use disposables for the first few weeks til we found our feet. I bought these with high hopes and was rather let down. My daughter was a very skinny 7lb and slow to gain weight. The first time I put one on her it was like putting a brick between her legs. The pad was bulky and not at all flexible, and it made her legs stick out when it was on. We gave up and gave the pack to someone else. Summary: I'd rather have my daughter comfortable then eco-wise! |
