Advantages: Snug fitting with comfort for delicate skin

Disadvantages: None

I have been using "Pampers" for many years now with all 4 of our children and have found them to be quite good for a branded nappy. I do how ever tend to use "Huggies" a little more frequent as they are more generous in size and you get a few more in each pack.

Well getting back to "Pampers" I have recently been using them on our 17 month old toddler John, not as my first choice but as an alternative when I can't get the size I require in my usual brand.

The "Pampers baby dry maxi" come is a pack of 34 but you can get economy packs for £9.99 which I believe consist of 70 nappies and are suitable for babies 15lb-40lb depending on the build of your baby.

I have found the size and fit to be very good for our son as they tend to fit snugly and not be too restrictive for active babies and toddlers.

They fasten up by sticky tabs, that I have found to be too sticky and tricky to undo when nappy changing.

"Pampers" use a baby dry system with these nappies that is supposed to lock in wetness but at night time they don't quite live up to it if your baby has had more than one 9oz bottle.

They also have a air dry system to help your baby's skin breathe by letting air into the nappy.

"Pampers" nappies contain a baby lotion within the nappy that is suitable for babies skin and helps to protect against nappy rash. I must say that all the times I have used these on all my children I have never had problems with them getting nappy rash even during teething which can trigger it off.

On all "Pampers" nappies you will also find barrier cuff's that helps to prevent leaking on to your baby's legs.

To sum up, I have never had any problems with using these but do prefer "Huggies" for their more generous sizes and added extra nappies. They are quite pricey at £5.99 per pack compared with supermarket brands and c
heapy ones but in the long run you do save on cost as you need not change your baby quite as often then cheap brands.

Great op - I agree with it too, although pampers a great nappy I've converted to Huggies since I learned they were longer AND wider :)

I'll make a note, but hope I won't need the info for a while yet! Kay
