Advantages: none

Disadvantages: expensive, nappy get's clumpy, baby gets wet, not generous size

where do I start.......
I have a 5 year old & a 15 month old, with my older son I bought whichever of Huggies or Pampers were on offer but did generally prefer Huggies as they had always had the cotton feel to their nappies whereas papmpers sold theirs as premium which were more expensive.
I also found that Huggies were & still are slightly bigger so I am happy keeping my 15month old in Maxi which I buy 186 for £23.00 at costco rather than having to move up to Maxi plus.

Pampers do not keep baby dry!! as the earlier review says they get soaked sooooo quickly and you can feel the heaviness in the nappy really quickly, the bottom does fell really clammy to touch as well and after that pack I just stuck with Huggies no matter what offers are going on. WIth the heat this summer obivously baby drank more and hence more wet nappies. this also brought to my attention that the cotton wool or whatever is inside the nappy actaully starts to seperate inside the nappy so you find it in like clumps. This wasn't after a leaving nappy on all day but just got caught in traffic jam for 4 hours in June during the heatwave, and my son must've had like 2 litres of water!!

In general the narrower adhesive strips on pampers mean that you really do need to move up to the next size pretty soon whereas apart from being bigger(did I say that already) Huggies have a very wide adhesive strip which means that you can get away with using them for a bigger child e.g when my sister in law came with her 2 year old and she ran out of pull-ups my Huggies maxi fit.
Pampers are expensive and poorly made and I think the company really do need to buck up as they are losing credibility - I even found Asda Nappies were even better than pampers!!
