Advantages: Great nappies, good design, fit to her body shape, reasonable price.

Disadvantages: None

My niece, Ruby, is 4 months now and has moved up from Huggies Newborn Size 2 to these Pampers Baby-Dry Nappies in Size 3 Midi. This size is designed for babies who weigh 4-9kgs (9-20lbs) and you get 38 unisex nappies for £5.98 from Tesco stores although these are often on special offer £5.00 each, 2 for £10.00 or similar.

The nappies are lightweight and are quite cute in design and would definitely be fine for baby boys or baby girls. These nappies have Dora The Explorer on them and pictures of fruit and each one has a different character (I believe there are two or three different ones) although the front of the packet does not seem to indicate what characters or on the nappies so I guess this varies. The nappies are white with an elasticated waist which means they can mould to the shape of babies body. There are two tabs on the nappies for attaching the back to the front and these can easily be readjusted if necessary and will stick back down if you open it to check if baby has soiled.

Ruby has not been suffering from any nappy rash since changing from Huggies to these (she suffered none with the Huggies size 2 either). They are a reasonable price (comparable to other brands available) and actually fit her better than the Huggies did. With Huggies there was a few leaks and so far there has only been one and this was because she had been asleep from 7pm-5am without a change (don't wake her when she's sleeping - it's quite rare to do a full night!) and the nappy had leaked.

I would definitely recommend these nappies, as would my sister & as a mother of four children she knows her nappies!

I am rating this 5/5 as the fit is great, the design is cute, they can be opened, checked & stuck back down without any peeling occurring and she still has lots of time before she grows out of them.

I must mention that every baby is different (of course) and what works for one won't necessarily work for another.

Summary: A fantastic product which is perfect for baby Ruby.

I've never got on well with these either and prefer Tesco also - think it depends on the shape of your baby, these leaked horribly for us!

I tried these with Noah but found that the Tesco brand ones were the best out of the lot.
Did you notice you got a mention on the community page??? Well done:)
