Advantages: Flexible, light nappy that very rarely has leaks or spills.
Disadvantages: Are a little expensive but you can always find them on offer.
Having three young children aged 5, 3 and 1 I have been changing nappies constantly for the last 5 years, I can't wait until my youngest is potty trained and then I can have a break from my every day task. Over the years I must have spent a fortune on nappies, especially seen as the only two brands I use are Pampers and Huggies which are probably the most expensive available.
I learnt my lesson about buying quality nappies very early on, I think I bought Tesco's own brand and Boot's own brand and I found that neither of them were good enough. If you buy cheap nappies then they will most certainly leak because they are unable to hold a lot of pee, you then find yourself changing your baby a lot more frequently so the saving you made by buying cheap nappies is wiped out by the fact you're using more everyday.
The reason I buy Pampers Baby-Dry Nappies is because they are good quality, absorbant nappies. They are very nice and stretchy therefore when you put them on your baby they fit nice and snug so there is no chance of any poo leaking out. I know it is horrible to talk about but it does happen and you want to minimise the chance of this happening my using a nice snug fitting nappy.
The nappies feel really light too, I think some can feel quite heavy and you expect them not to be comfortable. When you pick up a Pampers Nappy it is hard to believe they will hold any pee but they do. The tabs that you pull round to stick the nappy together are also very flexible again important for a good fit.
Pampers Baby-Dry are also really funky nappies, my boys have always liked Pampers over Huggies because they also have pictures on them. At the moment the nappies have pictures of Little People on. My 3 year old who still wears nappies at bedtime will say 'can I have a nappy with a cow on? or a nappy with a sheep on?' he loves the fact there are pictures on the nappy.
Pampers Baby-Dry Nappies come in varying pack sizes, basically you can buy large packs for £8.98 or small packs £5.98 but the number of nappies you get in these packs depends on the size you buy. For example in a pack of size 3 nappies you might get 66 nappies in a pack but if you buy size 5 you might get 58.
It always tells you how many nappies you get and what size babies they are suitable for. It gives weight sizes in kilograms and pounds, I have always found this to be very accurate.
When it comes to buying certain items you just have to buy quality no matter what the cost. Babies nappies are something that have to be quality and after years of using Pamper Baby-Dry I am still more than happy with this product, I would recommend them to anyone.
Summary: Best for babies' bums
