Premium Review Pampers Care Mats: Soak up wee! (230 words)
by - written on 06/06/09 (Very useful, 17 readings)
Rating:

I bought these pampers change mts before my first baby was born to keep in his change bag for outings etc. They are 60x60 cm which is just enough space to fit a newborn baby on without them having to lay on the floor wherever you go and they're hygenic for public changing tables. They are quite thin with a plastic waterproof ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review has it's uses (162 words)

I bought these thinking they'd be great for my changing bag, as I don't like to take a big mat if I don't have to. I found that compared to the disposable Huggies mats these are bigger and don't fold down as easily. I have, however, found several other uses for this mat. It was a good layer to have under my bedding in the late stages of ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Pampers Care Mats: A very versitile mat! (408 words)

These mats are ideal for putting in your changing bag for taking out and about with you for when you need to change your baby's nappy! The mats measure 60cm by 60cm, have a white plasticky backing on with a colourful pattern on (cartoon characters) which goes on the surface you're changing on and then a nice soft cotton like surface to lay the ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review A useful addition to the changing bag. (244 words)
by - written on 03/08/07 (Useful, 86 readings)

Pampers Change Mats are 60 x 60 cms in size. The side that is placed next to the surface is made from plastic and will, therefore, prevent any leaks from going through the mat. The side on which you place baby is soft and slightly padded. To be honest, I'm not sure if the mats would slide around or move, particularly if baby was wriggling / ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Pampers Care Mats: Change, Change, Change the Baby.... (843 words)

~Background~ Pampers Care Mats are now called Pampers Change Mats. I actually bought a pack of these a month before my little boy was born. We had just bought a brand new bed and I was worried that my waters would break whilst in bed and the bed would be ruined. A friend recommended these as something I could use even after the baby was ...  Read the complete review

When i was at my local supermarket and seen theese mats i had never seen them before so i decided to give them a try as I like to try new products and thought I would give these a go. These mats are quite a good size and have a soft top layer with a waterproof backing (with a teddy print all over). They are very lightweight and ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Pampers Care Mats: Good idea but lots of flaws  (652 words)
by - written on 29/04/03 (Very useful, 666 readings)

When I registered with the pampers website I was sent some vouchers for nappies and also for a pack of care mats. The voucher entitled me to 50p off a pack of twelve care mats. The price of the care mats put me off a bit but the a mixture of the voucher and also the fact that pampers claim that they are reusable upto 100 changes made me buy them. ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review waste of money (88 words)

I laughed when pampers care mats came out and my exact words were"what will they think of next". I think this product is a waste of money, glorified incontinence pads. You can buy incontinence pads from the chemist for a fraction of the cost. Obviously some arents think they are great, I honestly do not know whaty all the hype ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Pampers Care Mats-I Find A Use!! (589 words)

Rating:

I was sent a free sample of a Pampers Care Mat when they first came out, and must admit I thought they were pointless and rather a waste of money. My daughter was quite small, and out of the suggested uses the only two that seemed relevant to me were to use the mat as a travel changing mat, or put it on furniture when the baby was without a ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Care Mats - are they worth the money? (274 words)

I agree with elvina. These things were only invented a year ago - so what did we do before that? I can see the advantage in having a portable changing mat, but you can buy those very cheaply and just wipe them down if they get wet. This is just another ploy to get manufacturers to make us think we need something, when we don't. No ...  Read the complete review

When my daughter was dry in the day we decided to try her at night so we got out the plastic sheet and placed it under her sheet. She hated it it seemed to make her hot and sweaty and she was not comfortable at all and was not getting much sleep. I had seen this advertised on the telly and thought they were worth a go. They were quite expensive ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review What is the point of these? (261 words)
by - written on 11/08/00 (Useful, 42 readings)
Rating:

What is the point of Pampers Care Mats? The only answer that I can find to that it to increase Pampers sales. Launched on the market a year ago these items are quite expensively priced and the idea is that you use them as changing mats etc for your baby. I have a baby but have never been tempted to buy these things. I use a ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Pampers Care Mats: Pampers Care mats. (232 words)

When I was pregnant, these mats were being advertised a lot on the TV, so being the ever prepared mum I bought some. They are like a nappy but in a mat form. I did not use them when Jack was small, due to the price, but I now have to take two with me everywhere after we had a little accident on a friends carpet !! The changing mat that ...  Read the complete review
