I received some Pampers sensitive wipes in my free Bounty packs when I had my daughter and was surprised to see that they were sensitive enough to use on even a newborns skin. I spent the first few days in hospital trying to clean the sticky poo off my baby'e bott with cotton wool and water before one of the midwives spotted I had some wipes and suggested I use them. Wow! In no time at all her botty was fresh as a daisy. I still used water after the wipes though to keep her skin free from anything in the wipes that she might have been sensitive to and never had any problems with nappy rash.

She is now three months old and I still use Pampers sensitive wipes and she still hasn't had nappy rash. I wouldn't say that this is all due to the wipes as I also let her have a kick-about each day with her nappy off to let the air get to her skin.

At the moment the wipes are a quite reasonable price as it is Buy 1 Get 1 Free for the sensitive ones at tescos. I don't know why they don't just drop the price of all wipes to half price as there is always one brand or another doing a promotion.

The best thing that came free in my bounty pack was a plastic tub for storing the wipes that has a flip top lid so that the wipes stay moist but are also easy to get at when you have to use all hands at once, i.e. stopping feet stamping into dirty nappies and removing dirty nappy.

I always have a pack of Pampers Sensitive in my changing bag and also a pack of antibacterial wipes to clean my hands before and after a change. I find these quicker than actually washing my hands and the antibacterial feature means I am sure my hands are clean.
