Well here I go again, I'm writing this review today as I went to see my son today and even got to change him for the first time (not looking for sympathy my son was born 3 months premature he is not 6 weeks old) and it brought back memories of me always always using pampers with my daughter now 3 years of age and my mothers always swear by Pampers so they were always used on, so when I was carrying my Daughter and Son when I knew I was out of danger zone, every time I would do my food shopping I would buy Pampers to get stocked up (like others baby products)
With my daughter I always found they great easy absorbed and no leaks and I don't know if it was luck but I can honestly say that my personally opinion I would say using Pampers through her Nappy hood she never had a nappy rash and I will but that down to using a GOOD nappy. So when my son was born early even though I could change him I asked the hospital staff if they would respect my wishes and use pampers on him which I have notice they have I also bring them into the hospital (so I am happy)

PRICE

All of Pampers nappies are around £5.65 per pack regardless of the size. Which changes in price if you buy them when deals are on at the super market or buy them in bulk which again brings down the price making it cheaper (happy mums as we all know how much and how expensive these are). Instead of the price changing as the baby gets older and needs bigger nappies, you just get less in each pack; this rule applies to the more "luxury" types such as Active Fit and Easy Up Pants.


Sizes


All moat children need nappies for about the first year and half of there precious life, many even longer, so it is important to keep them comfy, dry well looked after bits and most important bums.

Pampers grade their nappies by the weight of the baby. Each category has a number e.g.:

15-40lb (7-18kg) Maxi (size 4)
20-44lb (9-20kg) Maxi Plus (size 4+)

As you have probably now noticed, some of the sizes vary and not all designs are available in all sizes and Maxi Plus (4+) is only available in Baby Dry.


NEW BABY

Baby dry are the first Pampers that came out and are designed as a basic nappy. They are white (with a picture waistband), and a bit boring! (No stretchy elastic to pull etc).

SENSITIVE

Designed for babies with poorly, sensitive or recovering skin.

When my little boy had thrush on his bum, he needed special care, so I bought him Pampers Sensitive nappies and they are so soft and they started to help his bum heal.

Sensitive are made of this special material, which makes the nappy really breathable. They are also coated with Derma protect, even on the elastic around the leg to minimise the risk of skin irritation.


ACTIVE FIT


Active fit nappies are designed to make your little one more comfy whilst on the move; they have elastic straps to help the nappy keep snug. I have used these for my baby and although you get fewer in a pack, they are lovely for your baby!

They are claimed to be the scratchiest nappy in Britain and I really can believe it!

EASY UP PANTS

These really are designed for the older children who either don't like wearing nappies or are being toilet trained. They are covered in elephants front and back! You can rip the sides very easily to make it easier to get them off. They also have a built on tape to roll the nappy up when soiled. The only disadvantage is the price again... Size 4 you get 22 for £5.65




OVERALL

Personally I would never use anything Nappy I have always been extremely happy with them, so they are a little more expensive but what is paying a bit more when it comes to my children (Nothing)
if you find nappies are too tight on their baby, even though they are in the right weight category, to overcome this problem, regardless of what the label says on the packet, move up one size, all babies are different shapes you know!


So my daughter has a good bum, my son should have and we have two happy parents
