Don't waste your money on Pampers (Pampers)

Advantages: They sell them at local shops Disadvantages: They leak, don't keep child dry at night, awful fit. My daughter is just over two years old and generally I always use Tesco nappies as I have always been very impressed with the fit of them and the fact that they don't leak and they keep my little girl dry and comfortable during the night. However, occasionally, if I have run out of these nappies or I have to pop to a local shop who only sells branded nappies-I buy Pampers. Well, each time I have done this I wish I hadn't bothered! They do not keep my daughter dry at night, the fit is awful and this morning after putting a Pampers nappy on her thirty minutes before, I had to change her again as she had leaked! Pampers staff may recommend that I use their dry nights nappies or other baby dry nappies rather than the standard ones but why should you have to when you can buy supermarket ones-which are quite a bit cheaper and which actually work day and night? My advice to you would be to ignore the hype around branded nappies and try out less expensive supermarket brands-you will be impressed. Summary: Occasionally I use Pampers nappies rather than supermarket ones and have always been disappointed. |
