Advantages: Very comfortable for baby.

Disadvantages: Unable to use any other cream on baby with them.

I have been using Pampers Premiums for several months now, which were kindly recommended to me by my Health Visitor, due to my baby constantly having nappy rash. Unfortunately I wasn't warned that using any cream on my baby would affect the absorbancy of these nappies. My experience turned out to be a rather messy one. The cream I used to heal my baby's rash reacted with the cream already coated onto these nappies resulting in leaks from the legs and waistband and the nappy still being quite dry. Needless to say, I now don't use any cream on my baby and find these nappies to be helpful in healing nappy rash in their own right and extremely absorbant.
