... need a wee. Obviously, it seems that they always pick a time in a park with no toilets or when you have just got on the motorway. This travel potty is a saviour for these awkward moments. The potty come in an easy carry plastic bag, which is also large enough to get your spare bags in and a packet of wipes. It collapses when not in use, and to build it you just flip out the legs and push them to the "click" position to make it stable. You then wrap the handles of the bag around the legs and sit yout li...more

Crowned Review Pottete Fold-away Travel Potty: DOES ANYONE NEED A PEE? (586 words)

When I had my children, I used glass feeding bottles and terry towelling nappies. I didn't do this by choice, I did it because that was what was available then. Now, I think you can buy just about anything, for a baby or toddler. When the time came for my grandaughter to be toilet trained, my daughter bought two pottys. One was a standard potty and one was a travel potette. When she told me at first, I must admit that I laughed. I thought, "I've heard it all now". How could a child use two pottys at the same time. However it didn't take long for me to realise what a Godsend this potette was going to be, and how much easier it ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review travel potty and toilet seat in one to save you some pennies (300 words)

i recently got one of these for my little girl from boots as it was the only pace i had seen one. i think it cost me around £13 for the pottete and £4 for an extra pack of liners to go with it. The pottete is a really good idea and my little girl loves it although we did end up with a blue and green one instead of pink as they didnt have a pink in stock :o( o well never mind you only sit on it anyway. i like the way it folds up and the fact that it can be used as a toilet seat too so saves on extra cost of buying a toilet seat separately. The little travel bag that comes with it isnt very good really a proper bag with popper fastenings would have been ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Pottete Fold-away Travel Potty: Pottete - for toddlers and parents on the move! (445 words)

I bought this online from Mothercare whilst getting prepared for potty training my 2-year old, (although I'm not sure how prepared you can both be for this somewhat challenging stage!). The Pottete is an ingenious fold away travel potty, which can also be used as a trainer toilet seat. Made in light weight plastic (pink or blue) it folds flat for easy storage in your buggy or nappy bag (yes, hopes of getting my handbag back have not yet materialised!). I paid £12.99 for mine, which included 3 disposable liners, but also bought a 10-pack of extra liners for a further £3.75. Ok, not cheap, given I only paid £3.99 for my son's actual potty (Tommee Tippee from ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Pottete (208 words)

The Pottete. When my daughter began toilet training I was surprised at how well she did very quickly. One problem I had though was findinga toilet when we were out ie. at the park/shopping etc. So I found that we often has accidents whilst out. I came across the Pottete whilst in Mothercare one day. The Pottete is basically a small folding potty. You simply push out the legs of the potty, insert a special pottete bag and hey presto ready to use. When your child has gone to the toilet you remove the bag, put it in the bin and fold away. The Pottete comes with its own plastic drawstring bag for carrying around. I paid £12.99 for ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Pottete Fold-away Travel Potty: Potette Plus is a must (282 words)
by - written on 18/08/09 (Very useful, 60 readings)

I bought this Potette Plus travel potty from Ebay after realising that because my child was potty training I would need a travel potty to use whilst out of the house that we would have immediate access too, because toddlers can't wait in line for a toilet and because all too often toilets are not nice or clean enough to use. I needed something that was going to be easy to travel with round town, useful on the beach, hygienic and a product that my child was going to confident and happy to use (if you have small children you know how fussy they can be about things). Potette Plus fills that bill perfectly. The idea is that it doubles up as a ...  Read the complete review
