I have been a consistent user of Johnson's baby wipes since they came out - they are good as removing a really grim nappy's content and my children don't have particularly sensitive skin or anything. But they are overpriced in my view so I only buy them on special offer and one day recently I was in Sainsbury's and their own brand baby wipes were BOGOF and the Johnson's ones were not on offer. Looking at the price difference (and I needed to buy some - often I can wait for the next Johnson's offer but I didn't have any in the cupboard on this occasion) I thought I might as well give these Sainsbury's ones a go as they were half he price per wipe AND on BOGOF ... Alright, I admit it: I don't have any children. Yet I still buy Sainsbury's baby wipes! Why? Well, baby wipes are almost identical to moist toilet tissue. The only real difference is that they clean better, and cost a fraction of the price. Instead of paying two quid for a small pack of Andrex moist loo roll, I can pay a quid for a much larger pack of babywipes! What's more, Sainsburys consistently have these on 'buy one get one free' offers, making them a bargain at around 50p a pack. The wipes come in a resealable pack, ensuring that they are kept moist. If you're a bit embarrassed about having them in the house when ... Read the complete review

The baby wipes from Sainsburys are wicked and even though my mum stopped buying them for my little sister I buy them now myself as face wipes because they're a dead soft and a right nice size. I buy the fragrance free ones and they have a nice clean smell that is a bit like baby lotion but not as strong, I get it because it doesn't leave a smell on my skin like the blue ones do because they have quite a strong perfume. They're nice and soft and are just wet enough to feel like I am giving my face a good clean and they will get most of my make up off apart from waterproof mascara but then I haven't come across any wipes that will get that off. I used one ... Read the complete review

I used these wipes on my niece recently. She had a particularly bad nappy and they were the only thing to happen. I didn't, initially, pay any attention to what I was using as I just needed wipes and fast! There are 80 wipes in this packet and each packet costs 76p at present from Sainsbury's. This is a similar price to the Tesco value wipes but these are far better quality. These wipes are pretty much the standard size for baby wipes being big enough to cover approximately the surface of your hand, if not more. They aren't particularly thin like I've experienced in the past with cheaper wipes. They have a slight perfume kind of smell to them ... Read the complete review

The other day in Sainsburys all their baby toiletries and wipes were half price so I decided to stock up on wipes for my twin boys. I'm not a brand snob when it comes to wipes really but I do like them to work and not irritate my boys skin. Sainsburys Little Ones wipes were just 72p half price so I bought a few packs to try them out - 72p half price seemed quite pricey to me though just for a Supermarket brand. Sainsburys Little One's wipes come in a baby blue pack containing 80 baby wipes, or you can buy them in a white packet containing the same amount but these are unfragranced - the unfragranced ones I noticed were cheaper half price so must be cheaper at ...
