... be large enough and strong enough to do this, and to be sensitive enough to not cause any irritation to my baby's skin. The Sainsbury's baby wipes come in plastic packaging and contain 80 wipes. There is a small resealable window in the middle of the pack which you take the wipes from and then simply reseal the package to keep the wipes fresh. The seal does work well and the wet wipes maintain their moisture even when the packet has been open a while. In addition, one wipe comes out at a time so you do not waste wipe...more

Sainsbury's Baby Wipes: Good value wipe does the job! (391 words)

I have been a consistent user of Johnson's baby wipes since they came out - they are good as removing a really grim nappy's content and my children don't have particularly sensitive skin or anything. But they are overpriced in my view so I only buy them on special offer and one day recently I was in Sainsbury's and their own brand baby wipes were BOGOF and the Johnson's ones were not on offer. Looking at the price difference (and I needed to buy some - often I can wait for the next Johnson's offer but I didn't have any in the cupboard on this occasion) I thought I might as well give these Sainsbury's ones a go as they were half he price per wipe AND on BOGOF ...  Read the complete review

The best baby wipes on the market (581 words)

When my daughter was born I had the idea that the expensive brands were the best brands and they were the ones that I would buy - I would always buy Pampers or Johnsons baby wipes. The day came though when Sainsbury's was sold out of the usual expensive branded wipes, due to the Baby Event they had going on where baby toiletries had half off and all that was left were the Sainsbury's own brand ones. Reduced from 97p to 50p per pack, I decided to go ahead and purchase them. The Sainsbury's wipes come in scented or unscented but the ones I am reviewing are the scented ones though I do use both. They packs have changed a good bit since the photo DooYoo has. The ...  Read the complete review

Sainsbury's Baby Wipes: Yes please!! (331 words)

-Introduction- At first, I was convinced pampers/johnson's, the more expensive brands, were the only way to go. As a consistent shopper at sainsburys, I gave these a try merely for the great value for money. -The product- The pack contains 80 wipes. It comes in a plastic packet. It has a little 'lid' which you lift and a resealable label to keep wipes fresh. The pack have a picture of a pig on the front. They are not fragrance free. -Positives- The design is great. The little lift up lid and reseal label really does stop wipes drying out in the sun. The lift up lid, unlike many more expensive brands, is ...  Read the complete review

Bargainous alternative to moist loo roll (243 words)

Alright, I admit it: I don't have any children. Yet I still buy Sainsbury's baby wipes! Why? Well, baby wipes are almost identical to moist toilet tissue. The only real difference is that they clean better, and cost a fraction of the price. Instead of paying two quid for a small pack of Andrex moist loo roll, I can pay a quid for a much larger pack of babywipes! What's more, Sainsburys consistently have these on 'buy one get one free' offers, making them a bargain at around 50p a pack. The wipes come in a resealable pack, ensuring that they are kept moist. If you're a bit embarrassed about having them in the house when ...  Read the complete review

Sainsbury's Baby Wipes: Brill For Bottoms And Faces (551 words)

The baby wipes from Sainsburys are wicked and even though my mum stopped buying them for my little sister I buy them now myself as face wipes because they're a dead soft and a right nice size. I buy the fragrance free ones and they have a nice clean smell that is a bit like baby lotion but not as strong, I get it because it doesn't leave a smell on my skin like the blue ones do because they have quite a strong perfume. They're nice and soft and are just wet enough to feel like I am giving my face a good clean and they will get most of my make up off apart from waterproof mascara but then I haven't come across any wipes that will get that off. I used one ...  Read the complete review
