Advantages: Work well and are a good price

Disadvantages: None

I started off using Pampers baby wipes when I first had my baby. I don't particularly know why I decided to use these in particular, probably because I was using Pampers nappies. These did however turn out to be an expense that I couldn't really afford, so I began to look around for alternatives.

After trying different ranges, with varying results (some were so wet you couldn't get them out of the pack!), I purchased the Sainsbury's Baby Wipes (fragrance free). These are £1.19 a pack for 80 wipes and are in a white and blue packet. Alternatively you can buy a pack of three for £3.00.

The wipes are quite large when unfolded and are moist, but not too wet. They are also relatively thin, which I find better as they are easier to fold over and stop the messy stuff getting on your fingers. The bonus for me is that they are fragrance free and have never affected by daughter's skin.

I also use these for taking off my make-up at night, at which they are very effective. They leave my face feeling clean and fresh and not greasy or irritated.

All in all these are an excellent buy, at a really good price.

Summary: I wouldn't buy anything else
