OK.....I'm not a big fan of supermarket brands because, quite frankly, I tend to find them substandard versions of the originals. However, there are some basic items that are so basic that I really don't see the point in spending any more money than you have to - and baby wipes are one of those products.

I ultimately use baby wipes for wiping my baby's bum and wiping food from around his face! Ultimately therefore, the wipes simply need to be large enough and strong enough to do this, and to be sensitive enough to not cause any irritation to my baby's skin.

The Sainsbury's baby wipes come in plastic packaging and contain 80 wipes. There is a small resealable window in the middle of the pack which you take the wipes from and then simply reseal the package to keep the wipes fresh. The seal does work well and the wet wipes maintain their moisture even when the packet has been open a while. In addition, one wipe comes out at a time so you do not waste wipes by accidently pulling more than one wupe out at a time!

The wipes are fragrance free but have a fresh smell to them which smells appropriate for a baby. Each wipe has a moisturising lotion on it so that my baby's skin is always left soft and feeling smooth. I like the fact that my baby's skin has never reacted badly to one of these wipes, and considering he has very sensitive skin this is no small feat!

I have used other brands and to be honest I don't see much between them - and so why pay more. My last pack of Sainsbury's Baby's Wipes only cost 89p which is brilliant value!
