Advantages: More roomy than my usual brand

Disadvantages: The gel balls come through onto babies skin

I had three children under four years old and so have used a fair amount of nappies. I have tried all the leading brands, other supermarket own brands and even terry nappies. I recently tried the sainsbury own brand after having tried another supermarkets own brand and being very pleased with it.

The sainsbury nappy seemed bigger than the normal nappies I had been using with more room around the tummy and a higher waistband. The illustration on the nappies is very sweet and features farm animals. My children particularly liked the pictured and liked to choose which animal they would wear. I didn't suffer and leaks of have any major problems with loss of contents but was a bit disappointed with the absorbancy.

I found that when these nappies got wet the gel balls contained inside that are supposed to soak up liquids actually came through onto my babies skin. These gel balls didn't hurt my child or cause any soreness but were hard to wipe off with babies wipes.

These aren't the worst nappies I have ever bought but I don't think I would buy them again.

Summary: A bit disappointing
