When my daughter was born i hadn't even considered that there were other brands of nappies available other then Huggies and Pampers - these are the ones that you are shown all over the place in adverts even before considering to have a child!!

So when i got my free samples of the better known nappies when pregnant i thought i would give them both a go before choosing which brand to stick with. I didn't think that there would be such amazing marketing for nappies and i hadn't really gotten my head into the whole new shopping world that is related to having a baby!

Well, i then discovered that supermarkets have their own nappies too and when i tried Sainsbury's they were amazing - i can't really tell the difference between them other then the price. The sizes are the same and the absorbency. I had thought that i would try some of the cheaper supermarkets however when changing her in my local store they had some free nappies in the changing room so i thought i would give them a go! This is a really good way that Sainsbury's got my custom so if you have a baby change in your local store it is worth seeing if they are giving out free nappies!!!

My daughter doesn't know any different!! There is however nappy snobbery i think when i go to baby groups i have had comments a few times that she has a different brand of nappies on but in the long run it will save us loads for a product that it of the same quality
