I have recently had my first child, and had never even heard of the product, then again its not until you are expecting that you notice products like this.
I received a voucher for this, reducing the cost and various shops near me had the cartriges on offer so I thought bargain!
The product is very simple to use, even my dad has no problems! simply place soiled nappy in centre, push down in to main compartment of bin and twist handle a full 360 degrees.
Comes with a well hidden blade at left side to cut bag once bin is full, simply not and start to fill again.
Nappy changing times are alot more fun for me now than changing my neice's whom they dont have a bin and I dont have no moans or groans from family if they are holding my son and he fills one up.

Cost can be high, look around for vouchers and special offers, system can range from £12.99 (for bin & a cartridge) right up to £29.99 for the same thing. Catriges i have seen for less than £9 for three or £19.99 for 6, again shop around for a better deal.

I have well and truly noticed a difference visiting friends homes and the difference in smell for thouse that have this item and thouse that do not.
