Excellent wipe on my boys sensitive tush (Simple Baby Moisturising Soft Wipes)

Advantages: No skin redness, excellent cleaning, don't dry out

Disadvantages: I pull out loads when I only want one! Bit more expensive than other makes

If you read my Johnson's wipes review you might remember (!?!) that I have had loads of problems with my son's skin being irritated by wipes.... these simple wipes are the answer! I love them, I love them, I love them!

The list of ingredients on the back isn't as scary as some other makes, and I bought them because of the moisuturising properties and I've used simple products in the past and found them excellent.

They clean up mess really well even that sticky gunky poo with one or two wipes. The wipes are strong enough to not stretch loads when you pull them out of the packet. But here is the one disadvantage that bugs the life out of me sometimes. When I pull one wipe I end up with a handful I have to try and stuff back in. Maybe I'm being impatient or too quick while trying to hold my son from grabbing at the mess I don't know. Even so when I push them back in and seal the packet they're still nice and damp for the next use, whereas other brands can dry out quite quickly.

My son has had no discomfort with these wipes and never any skin redness. I use them when going away for the weekend with him to take off my make up and they get mascara off nicely so I don't need to carry around bottles and bottles of stuff.

They are more costly I think I paid around £1.30 in tesco last time. And I've never seen them on promotion. But the benefit to my son's skin far outweighs this. I haven't seen them in my local chemist's so not sure how easy to get they are outside of the supermarkets.

Summary: An excellent wipe, well worth the extra money
