As good as any of the premium brands at half the price! (Tesco Nappies)

Advantages: Good for active babies, no leaks, no smells from the chemicals

Why oh why does it feel like there are 10 million brands of nappies?!?!? As well as everything else you have the option of choosing from its enough to give you a migraine!

As a first time mum i initially went for branded names such as Pampers (which i found got quite smelly even with little wee wee's) and Huggies (which when i changed the babies i would find lots of tiny crystals all over their skin). As i was having to buy twice as many nappies as the average first time mum i decided to take the plunge and try a few supermarket own brand nappies and i was not dissapointed with tescos.

I started off with the ultrasoft newborn size £1.64 for 20 nappies!! surely something must be wrong here, that cheap but i was pleasantly surprised. I didnt find them to have an adour like i found other nappies,no crystals forming around the skin, no leaks and the boys seemed to be comfortable in them.

As the time came when they moved into the next size again i thought, ahh well this is where i need a brand name as the boys are moving round now and the cheaper ones are probably going to leak...but hey yet again i was not dissapointed. I now pay around £5 for 50 nappies which meet all my needs as a mum trying to keep her boys bums clear from rashes and as comfortable as possible.

So glad i found these as i dread to think what i would have spent on premium brand nappies for two babies!!

Summary: Great cost cutter for mums who have more than one child in nappies
