Why buy Huggies when you can buy these? (Tesco Pull-Up Training Pants)

Advantages: Cheap, work well.

Disadvantages: Not suitable for overnight use on small children.

I use these pull ups for my eldest son at night. I always buy Tesco own brand nappies and have found them to be good quality and a reasonable price.

They stand up well to overnight use, although my son probably only wets in them once or twice during the night, and I like the fact that he can pull them down and back up himself when he goes to the toilet at bedtime and in the morning. They stay up well without leaving red marks and seem comfortable to wear.

I have tried them on my younger son who's just turned 2 and found they were not quite capable of holding 12 hours worth of his wee (but not many nappies are!) but they aren't really designed to so that's not a huge problem.

The nappies have animals on the front and back, not that my son ahs ever really noticed - I don't really see the point in pictures on nappies! they also have a sticky tab for rolling them up when used, which is useful.
To remove the pants you either take them down or tear the sides apart.

I have only had one bad batch of these, in one packet about half of the nappies had come apart down one of the tearable sides. However this has only happened once and didn't put me off buying them again.

Summary: Would recommend these as a cheap alternative to the leading brands.
