Tesco Value Baby wipes. What are they like? Well, I don't have any children, but I do buy them for myself as general hand and face wipes. The wipes are about the same size as 2 pieces of toilet paper together. When you first get them out they are wet, but after you've given your hands a very quick clean with them they are as dry as a bone. I went to the beach with my friend and her 2 children, we took some of these wipes. When the kids had finished playing in the sand and wanted their sandwiches we gave the kids some of the wipes to clean their hands, they needed about 8 each to remove the sand completely, not great considering they've only ... Since having my baby daughter, I have tried lots of different brands of baby wipes. To be honest, I have not really found much difference between any of these brands in terms of quality and effectiveness. The Tesco baby wipes, however, are by far one of the cheapest brands that I have found, particularly if you buy in bulk. 4 packs of 80 wipes cost around £3.80, which I think is great value. Overall, I am very pleased with the wipes. The wipes claim: ** Consultant dermatologist approved **With moisturising baby lotion **Helps delicate skin The wipes are fairly moist and are a good size. I find that even with the worst ... Read the complete review

Picture the scene…My 10 month old son, sat in his high-chair, food is scattered everywhere (typical bloke) his face and hands are a rather nice shade of orange from eating Spaghetti Bolognese and so am I, what do you do??? Well, rather than calling in an industrial cleaner, I always have a packet of Baby Wipes to hand…these are a blessing in disguise. As many readers of my reviews will know, I'm an avid bargain hunter, especially when it comes to the food/household shopping as I'm generally on a limited budget and as much as I do not like getting the cheap stuff when it comes to my son, some things just can't be helped and Baby Wipes are the first ... Tesco Baby Wipes When it comes to choosing baby products I always buy the brands that I know and trust. For baby wipes I usually buy either Pampers or Johnson's, but a few months ago this all changed when I was at Tesco doing my normal grocery shopping. I was running low of wipes so I went over to the baby department and headed to where my usual packets were. I saw a big sign saying Buy One Get One Free on the shelf, but all the packets wre gone. Apart from one lonely little one. Great!! What do I do now? It was raining outside and I didn't fancy trekking all the way up the road to Boots and the store was really busy and I didn't want ... With these useless baby wipes, the Tesco own-brand 'value' range are clearly having a larf over what their foolish, naive customers are prepared to spend their money on, yet again. Yes, Tesco Value Baby Wipes are the opposite of everything a useful product of this type should be: They are unusually small even compared to a worst-of-the-rest competitor's budget range of 'standard' wipes. They are incredibly thin. They are made of strange, slightly scratchy fabric / material stuff. What the heck kind of solvent have they impregnated the wipes with? They're dryish and yet at the same time seem almost oily - looking not unlike ... Read the complete review
