Advantages: Ok for cleaning anything except what they are meant for.

Disadvantages: Leave kids with a sore bum and tear too easily.

Several months ago I used these for one day on my sons poor bottom, the only reason I used them as opposed to the pampers wipes we regularly buy is that they had been given to us by Tesco as a replacement for the pampers we had asked for during an online shop.

One day was all they took to give my son a sore bum and they also seemed to give him a bit of a rash around his face when we used them to wipe his mouth after eating.

The wipes are almost see through and they are of very poor quality and it is very easy to stick your fingers straight through them when using.

They seem to have a very chemical smell to them too which is a bit off putting. The only thing I could possibly say for these wipes that would go in their favour is that they seem to have a great cleaning ability and I used the rest of the packet for cleaning my trainers and wiping down surfaces which they did a great job for.

Perhaps Tesco should re-brand these as multi-surface cleaning wipes and then they would get a great write up from me but I will never rate them for cleaning a kids bum with.

Even though these are less than half the price of the big brand name wipes, at only 79p per pack they are still poor value for money if you intend to use them for what they are meant for.

Summary: Not recommended!
