Right to start off with I must tell you I do not, and have not, got any baby to wipe. I am reviewing these baby wipes based on their alternative uses. Because I found out a couple of years ago just how amazingly versatile and brilliant this product can be.

Baby wipes are hygienic for all over the house, with the exception of the kitchen. And they work on pretty much EVERY surface with the exception of glass (which leaves an unfortunatel smear). So, you can throw away your cupboard full of cleaning products (or use them up to never have to re-buy l et's not waste things!) and cut down to three items. The other two are a decent kitchen cleaner, and a glass/lens cleaner. This is the third and final necessity.

The Tesco baby wipes are in no way different to any other for the purpose of cleaning. They have no real odour, and leave no different residue. They are neither particularly better or worse than branded products. But they like the others, work magnificently at cleaning.

Obvious smooth surfaces clean without a struggle, but I was most amazed to use these in the bathroom. They can remove resudue and limescale with EASE! If perhaps you have a very stubborn residue then simply place a couple of these over the surface for a few minutes, come back and wipe away. Amazing.

I chose to review the Tesco ones because they are the cheapest I have seen and the most conveniet for me to buy.

Stock up and save pounds on cleaning agents. Prices vary from brand to brand of course, these are 44p per pack (100) compared to about £1.40 for Johnsons.

Summary: How to clean just about anything for pennies - use a baby wipe!
