Not the most pleasant of subjects but all new parents are faced with the dilmema of 'having to dispose of those yukky nappies' and also how to try and contain the inevitable smell. With two young children I have been faced with this problem and have alway opted for buying fragranced nappy bags which you can chuck in the dirty nappies and wipes and then tie it up before placing in the rubbish. Up until recently I have been purchasing the higher priced range from my local Tescos but due to the sheer volume of nappies my daughter seems to be getting through, i thought i give the value range a try.

Costing around 25p for 100 bags the value range the bags are packaged in a white plastic wrapper which you break a hole in to get at the bags. The bags themselves are a pale blue/green colour and very thin, however they are large enough to contain a dirty nappy along with the associated wipes and cotton wool involved in the nappy change. They also have two loop handles making it easy to tie the bag up for disposal.

They are scented but it is quite subtle and certainly not overpowering but it does seem to help mask the stinky nappy smell. I have found the bags perfectly adequate for the purpose that they serve and would certainly happily stick with this value range.

My only slight quibbles with these bags are that they are very flimsy and do occasionally split and they can be quite tricky to get out of the packet and you sometimes end up taking out several rather than just one but for a value product they are great.
