A pot of this size lasts for ages an tends to stay 'fresh', it has a shelf life of a year. Ideal size to carry in your changing bag and the lid does stay on! The cream is white and a little 'stickier' than Sudocem. It has always done it's job. I don't use it every time I change a nappy (although recommended), but when I notice the b...more

________________________________________ I have used Sudocrem on my little dot since the day she was born but decided to try this product for a change after noticing it a few weeks ago when I did my monthly shop. I have used it for a week now and decided to let others know what is in that little white pot! Here goes... Fragrance and colour and packaging... This product is white in colour and completely fragrance free. The pot that I purchased is round and a similar style to the Sudocrem pot, however the lid is less likely to fall off! Every experience I have ever had of Sudocrem has been messy due to the lid not staying on the pot, thumbs up to ...  Read the complete review

When my daughter was first born a lot of people bought us nice little things for her and we received a couple of pots of sudacrem, but un fortunately a couple of weeks ago we ran out of it. I went to Tesco to go buy some more and noticed the price of it and saw that Tesco had their own version called 'Tesco nappy cream' it was 98p for a bigger pot than Sudacrem was for nearly £2. The packaging is plain white with some light pink writing on it, it can be found in the same section as the Sudacrem. When I first bought it and applied it to my daughters bottom I first noticed that it was a little bit more watery than the Sudacrem but it seemed to spread ...  Read the complete review

Tescos Medicated Nappy Cream: good nappy cream (229 words)

Before my daughter was born I bought a selection of nappy creams, all different as I had been recommended so many different brands. Tesco Nappy Cream was one of my favourites and one which I have continued to buy. It comes in a white pot with pink writing on it. It can be found in the baby isle in Tesco, near where you would find Sudacrem (also in the same shape pot). 150ml pot costs about £1 which works out much cheaper ( less than half the price) than some other brands. Works like a charm - for adults with sensitive skin (274 words)

I have to confess I didn't buy this cream for a child. I bought it for myself to hopefully relieve some of the itching on my poor eczema ridden hands. My hands are tender, cracked, itchy and generally rough like sandpaper from the eczema. i had tried everything, steriod creams, numerous aqeous creams. And on a chace shop in tesco I saw this and thought I'd give it a go. And I'm not going to swap it for anything now that I have found it. The luscious thick cream glides on smoothly, leaving a thick layer in it's wake. It takes a while to absorb and does leave your skin looking like you have been covered in white emulsion. But who cares? This stuff works! It ...  Read the complete review

Tescos Medicated Nappy Cream: Just as good as Sudocream (123 words)

I used to use Sudocream all the time with my boy until he was about a year old, however, at approx £3.50 a pot it gets a bit pricey, especially at the rate these little people go through it! I was doing my shopping at Tesco one week and noticed their own version of nappy cream, it comes in a pink and white tub and costs approx £1.85 for the same sized pot as sudocream (125ml), so I thought I'd give it a try. When you open it it's just as thick, smells exactly the same and worked the same for my boy too. I can't complain at all, my boy is just as happy with his smooth bottom and my pockets are happier ...  Read the complete review
