These look like the most simple boring toy that a child could ever have but you would be mistaken for thinking this. They are the most enjoyable versitile toy that I have ever come accross. My son has had a set of these pots from the early learning centre when he was born and my daughter has also had a set bought when she was born. The best thing about them is that they are cheap at about £4 upwards depending on where you shop for them.

The first pleasure that you and your child will have from these is the adult building them up and your child knocking them down (oh do they laugh).

Then they will learn to build them on their own or put them inside each other in the right sequance, they love praise when they are doing this right so ensure that you give them this.

These can also be used for making prints into play dough due to each pot has a different design on the bottom. They have also got holes in the bottom of each pot the bigger the pot the more holes that are in them, bath time is much more fun when they are seeing how fast or how slow the water is coming out of them.

The other good thing about these is that your child will learn colours and in our case animals due to those were the prints on the bottom of mine.

We have half in the bedroom that are used for building and the other half are now permanantly in the bathroom as bath toys now.

They are a multi purpose toy that will bring endless enjoyment and even at the age of 5.
