I found this excellent both in the big bath and my sons small bath. It was much easier than holding him as he soon became heavy on my arms. I also believe it offered him more security when in the bath. He loved his baths and the seat was excellent. I would advise any person to get this seat as it makes bath times much easier. I would imagine if your baby is a bit shaky in the bath or does not like the bath they would benefit even more from the seat.
