Advantages: Small and easyily stored, baby in the mail family bath and fill to however high u want

Disadvantages: Not padded or comfy

So, I brought ofur little bundle of joy home from the hospital and I am on cloud nine...it's a beafutifl baby girl!!! yippee. Wonderful, she loves me! So lovely to sit and hold. Its been a few days now so lets bath her, obviously need to be careful of her belly button.....that was may only concern. I drew a bath, a lovely ergonomic baby bath, very expensive and fancy with a padded bottom for added comfort....given to me by my lovely sister in law, she spent a fortune on kitting out her 1st borns goodies.....good for me with hand-me-downs!!!!
So I carried my bath into my perfectly lit, perfect temperature nursery, and gently lifted my perfect little girl into it....OH MY GOD!!!! she literally went purple, screamed and became somewhat posessed!!!!!! A nightmare water and bathing hating demon. We as new parents simply thought (after beating ourselves up of course) that it was her first ever time in a bath, so she must be a little (understatement of the decade) afraid of the bath.

Now, this went on for weeks...we honestly thought we were doing something so wrong, we were not! The major turnig point was me taking her into the bath with me. She was in the big bath, fully submeged in the water and perfectly suported. A revelation! I spoke to agreat friend of mine, who told me about this bath suport, we got it in Jojo babe Mamon in Bluewater shopping Centre for £15.00. It meant that Lara was in the big bath, and that we could fill it so she was fully cover in water, and oh so very happy. Obviously you can never ever leave the baby unattended for evern a second, as in a really large amount of water! I over filled it well past the max line indicated on the side of the bath, just as thats the way she liked it.

Its amaxing and very simple. A baby shaped piece of plastic that suckers to the bottom of the bath, only just bigger than the child so very easy to store. Everything goes on in the bath room. Baby is always lovely and warm rather then have exposed like in a traditional filled baby bath.

I would highly recommend this bath, its one of the most sucessful things we got for both our kids!!!
